Jason Morris, Head of Operations
Congratulations to our Head of Operations, Jason Morris, who recently completed his ILM Level 5 training in Management and Leadership. Jason has been part of the Rhino Doors team for four years and has undertaken the course through a local training company. For the last two years, Jason has worked tirelessly, doing his studies for the ILM Level 5 course alongside his day-to-day role with the company.
The ILM Level 5 for Management and Leadership is designed to help “sharpen strategic leadership skills and excel as a mid-level manager with a qualification from the Institute of Leadership & Management” and focuses on two areas – critical thinking and leading innovation.
Jason told us, “The course provided transparency of roles within a business and taught me more about how vital communication is between all levels of any business to work together successfully.”
Declan Pagett, Apprentice
A huge well done to Declan Pagett, who has completed his apprenticeship after three years. During two of those years, Declan was on day-release from Rhino Doors and in the third and final year, he was full-time.
Throughout his apprenticeship, Declan has shown a continual desire to learn and grow and can now run his own projects thanks to his training and hands-on experience.
Declan has increased his flexibility and knowledge and has recently obtained a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card, showing his skills and expertise. Additionally, Declan has undertaken some installation work in conjunction with sister company Rhino Site Systems Limited (RSSL). We’re delighted to have Declan on the Rhino Doors team and look forward to seeing him expand his knowledge, skills, and experience with us in the coming years.
