Rhino are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Modern Techno Metal Factory (MTMF) who are based in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As previously announced in April 2019, this agreement is a further, significant step towards securing a strategic position for Rhino’s broad range of products in the region.

MTMF will exclusively represent Rhino not only in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) but also in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq and Egypt, initially as sales agents. The companies have also agreed to pursue the creation of a joint venture manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia that will permit local manufacture and after sales support of Rhino’s entire product range.

Specifically, MTMF will focus on Rhino’s expanding range of large, bespoke doors, incorporating acoustic, fire, Pressure, blast and ballistic protection as well as Rhino’s range of blast wall systems and explosion relief panels for the oil & gas industry. Target market sectors include major infrastructure projects (including rail & metro) as well as security services, defence and petrochemical projects that utilise Rhino’s expertise providing bespoke oversized and blast rated doors as well as Rhino’s patented arch profile blast wall solutions that is used predominantly in the oil & gas industry.
